These were some of the best birria tacos I've EVER eaten! They were loaded with a very flavorful meat and and the consumé... chef's kiss! 4 tacos to a plate and I couldn't finish all of them! YUM!

Got tacos here and let me tell you the juices and flavors were intense. It's a bit pricey but you are getting very flavorful tacos for it. If you are looking to get some tacos from a truck I highly recommend this spot! Just get some!!

Taco El Paisa has the best tacos in Lubbock! The service can be better. I was served vegetarian tacos upon request (since veggie tacos are not on the menu) the first time I ordered at this food truck. This afternoon, when I tried to place the same order, I was informed that the manager won’t allow veggie tacos order anymore. After some pleading, they agreed to make veggie tacos. When I arrived at home, I found that they had charged me the e same amount of money but didn’t add beans (veg protein) to tacos. The chicken tacos that my daughter ordered were extremely spicy and that’s usually not the case. Can you keep the same quality of food and service? Finally, the Lubbock area has a taco truck that actually serves great food, and it is disappointing to have a poor experience.

We ordered 2 birria plates... Holy smokes, we should've ordered one because they are generously filled... Very tender, melt in your mouth meat and super juicy.. This establishment was recommended by a colleague and I'm happy to say... He gave an excellent recommendation.. We received our food within 5 mins (we were the first to order...) This will now be a local favorite of ours. The beans and rice reminded me of my childhood, very good.
